I can't believe you bozo's didn't fix the email bug in this last downtime. I am really getting upset at the lack of concern you apparently have toward your customers. This is more than inconvenient, it makes game play quite difficult as communication is essential to the game and one cannot communicate with people if the mail system does not work perfectly.
Please.. you must fix this bug without delay!!! It has been too long already and your lack of a response either with a fix or by way of explaination is unacceptable.
FIX THE EMAIL BUG NOW!!!!!

the fix is client based
there was not patch in the last downtime
the last downtime was hardware upgrade not software

That's OK, I can't believe someone could be so dumb as to suggest deploying a client patch at the same time as a server patch, if it can be conceivably avoided.

i am a little annoyed at the Eve mail "bug" atm but like the other posters said it was not a "fixing patch"
the bug can be fixed by deleting the offending mails, but i have kept every single "skill training completed" mail since i started just over a year ago so i dont really wanna do that.

It is annoying, though. I'd like to see that fixed soon. And I'd like a "Sent" box, and maybe a bigger character limit, and the ability to forward mails, so we can see Concord on forwarded killmails instead of trusting the guy who "copied" it, and a way to manually organize it, possibly linked to the address book, and...
I think EvEmail should get a makeover. With contracts, I don't even miss old escrow. If they put that team to work on EvEmail, I bet it would yield some sweet results.

a few corpies and I are consitering petitioning CCP for harassment over this mail thing. hehe
it is annoying as hell. Especially incorp and alliance mail where important mails stack up and can't be deleted for a while. Or even for those peopel who just like to save their Kill mails (liek me :D)
