Which race would win?
Each of the 3 pilots fly one of each of the 3 different level cruisers.
Caldari:
Blackbird, Caracal, Moa
Gallente:
Vexor, Celestis, Thorax
Amarr:
Omen, Augoror, Maller
Minmatar:
Stabber, Bellicose, Rupture.

It should be Omen, Arbitrator and Maller for Amarr.
Actually it should be better if said competition also includes level 1 cruisers by adding a fourth pilot.

Depends on the rules...
In a tournament with the same rules as the amarr championship, the Amarr team would easily win, since they would blast everything apart with radio-lasers from long range.
Such a tactic could also be used even if EW is allowed. The slow targetting speed on Caldari ships would mean that the other teams can lock first and then dampen the Caldari ships, so that they can't lock them...
If it was a fight where you have to stay in closer range, it would be Caldari with EW allowed and probably Gallente thanks to their drones if EW wasn't allowed.

Caldari - they just have to the max number of missle launchers with cruise.
Amarr and Gallente would be basically screwed because they have only 1 ship each with 1 and 2 launcher hardpoints for defenders (smartbombs being not very effective against cruise).
Minmatar have a much better missleloadout, but there specialized ECm or dampeners will save the day for the caldaris.

Heh... to be honest all 4 races are still dependent on pilot/moduled so Minm is just my best choice. Does Caldari win hands down... I don't think so.

The face of PvP is changing, with ECM getting range nerfed and signature lock times coming into play.

Other than the fact that the Amarr are using lvl 1, 2 and 3 ships and everyone else is using 2,2 and 3 ships (as Slithereen said) it should be fairly even if you know ahead of time who you are facing and setup accordingly.
Although the Gallente will win unless you make sure to kill their drones first. Thats 15 hvy 2 med and 1 light drones.

IMO, it's more interesting which race would lose. Even if you swap that augoror for an arbitrator, i know which race is my favourite..
