Buy a blueprint, buy the components it says you need, make sure you have the skills it says you need, manufacture, victory dance \o/.

If you are really hardcore you can get into salvaging wrecks and get the parts to make the rigs yourself.

As far as salvaging goes, is there any place better then where new members train on automated pirates? (starting areas, tut missions)

You can salvage in missions, belts, war zones, and just about anywhere wrecks can appear.

Is there a list in game or not of where current wars are happening, maybe in the map window. Would be cool to clean up the wrecks after a battle.

Map with setting "Ships destroyed in the past hour" High risk but potentially high profit salvaging.

Same that you need in high sec: Blueprint+parts+station with manufacturing slots.

I think she wants to know what POS array is needed. I belive it is a component array, but I am not 100% sure on that as I have not started exploring the rig mfg side of the game.

I tried in a POS with a "component assemby array" but the response was "this item cant be assembled here".
