Hi everyone!
I just wanted to spread the word of a great new in-game channel that i created called "Inc Buddiez"
The idea is to create a helpful, enjoyable multi-functional channel for all to use!
The main focus of the channel is to assist in arranging and finding incursion fleets to earn those precious iskies, but we also make it easy to:
-Find shield based incursion fleets!
-Arrange joint PvP ops!
-Take part in Inc Buddiez regular events!
-Discuss tactics and give advice to new pilots!
-Recruit like-minded pilots to your corporation!
-Strengthen the eve community!
-Sell your ships and your wares!
-Loads loads more!
In a nutshell, it is basically a channel that will aim to reduce the amount of channels you have to spam your chat window with and provide 1 easy, spam free area to do your thing in!
Inc Buddiez is all planning to hold seasonal events & competitions aswell as regular lotteries etc. I wanted to help strengthen the eve community in a way that will directly help each player and provide a great gathering place to meet others!
The channel does not support excessive spam or abuse ofcourse and offenders will be added to the ban list if necassary.
I am in the process of creating a full community website and forum along with an event planning calender which everyone will be free to use to plan their events and spread the word!

That already exists... it's called Jita Local...
My advice, relish the fact you had a thought you thought was going to be good... and let it go. Don't put any effort into this, as it wont take off.
Consolidating every aspect of what people spam channels for into 1 channel, means it would be complete rubbish if anyone used it. |

Lol you know Ammzi up there, an channel admin from BTL Pub, actually banned me from the chat for inviting people to my channel from the incursion local chat, that were also in BTL PUB...
Made up some bull story that i was stealing their members...

This is only a part of the conversation. I am more than willing to upload the whole file to a public place and numerous other pilots in channel can confirm this as well.
One particular pilot was also annoyed by being continously invited by you to your channel from BTL pub.

You also invited me directly to your channel after I x'ed up with my nightmare in channel. After my questioning of "hey, what is this about?" you kicked me from the channel promptly.
So no, you did not get blocked for inviting from incursion local, you got blocked from inviting directly from BTL pub.
Pilots are more than welcome to join other channels, but we encourage people to do this in fleets and not directly from our channel.
I hope this is the end of it and your block will be re-initiated into BTL pub for your public manipulation on the forums.

Oh yeh ****, it takes the brains of a monkey to FC an incursion fleet and there are various channels aswell as incursion local to form fleets in... Dam for a second i thought BTL meant something important... Phew!

It's interesting when you ask the general users of BTL Pub which make up for atleas 80% of the member base (member base being non existant as there is no physical membership for being in that channel), just how many of them don't actually like BTL anymore and have little to no respect for them except when a BTL logistics pilot is in fleet... Purely so that they continue to get reps haha
The time for a rebalance of incursion power draws near... Do not make the mistake of thinking that you OWN incursions... |

Aww Phantom. You took down my well argumented and totally ass-kicking reply, however since OP has derailed his own thread I will assume it's alright if I continue this way.
Anybody that feels mistreated by BTL Pub is encouraged to contact me or Captain Rivel who will attempt to clear it up as good as we can. The usual cause is misunderstandings and similar.
I don't own incursions and I have never claimed I did. In fact it's a regular thing I remind myself and others about. Just because we operate the single largest incursion channel in EVE doesn't mean we have any control over Incursions, because that is not really how these game mechanics work. 
BTL Pub strives towards being a no-drama, efficient and fun place to be where you get to join fleets, events and discuss incursion related (and sometimes offtopic) subjects. Here anyone is welcome to step in and join a fleet or step in and start one of their own. We only supply a moderated platform where Incursion is a priority and everything else a minority.
On that note I am sorry you couldn't actually get a grip of yourself and show some simply humility before I was working on getting you unblocked, while I was getting you unblocked and after I got you unblocked. Other people asked me to keep you blocked and I should have listened. I guess that's what you get for being a softy.

Just for the record, you unbanned me and then banned me again, it doesn't matter anymore anyway my love for eve died a while ago,
i did a "leaving eve givaway" in BTL PUB channel with an alt... Had that toon not of been coming into biomass with me, i would have no doubt you'd ban me for that too.

So you decide to make a channel, call it kick ass, invite all these people to it, get like a whole two responses on the thread, kick up a spoilt little paddy and delete your characters. Yeah, what a great channel that would be, well done for keeping on top of things. |
