Have to admit, its a fine idea if its genuine, and FUN one.
ok, so there is a risk of it being a scam, risk of it all going pear shaped, but have fun with it and smile at people doing something off the cuff in the game :).

The Internation Red Cross is here to help all parties in a time of crises. We only request that both sides respect our humanatarian efforts and the cost of the fuel is repaid. We will cover the cost of the items being transported which is then collected after the items are handed back after each jump.
We have no limitations on the cargo but in respect to our neutrality we will only transport non-combative ships eg haulers, barges etc etc
