That's pathetic. 27 freaking days and no reply from CCP. Not even "we're looking into it, now **** off."
Just in case the petition itself was bugged I put in another petition asking for help with the first, possibly stuck petition.
No reply to that one either.
So now I will just delete my hopelessly screwed character since it's obvious CCP doesn't give a flying crap about actually helping people with problems. At least I can liquidate and send the proceeds to an alt that still works.

Wow really good explanation what happened to you and gg on making 2 petitions on the same issue, waiting times will surely reduce drastically now.
On a stuck petition you get a response in 5-10 minutes, because you dont get a response you might be one of those guys posting in the wrong section while there petition gets deleted because of that.
You probably lost a ship to a ctd because you flew what you could not afford to lose and are screwed now. Serieusly go whine somewhere else.
ccp gives stuck petitions allways a fast response, like: help ccp im stuck my station and cant find my undock button petitions.

jeez whats with the fanboy rant there? 
Give the guy a break, he's clearly miffed that there is no response to a petition, I would be. I've been there before it's infuriating, and please lets not kid ourselves that CCP have anything like what could be described 'reasonable' response times for any petition regardless what the nature of it is. |

Response times for stuck and harassment petitions are measured in minutes, which I consider very reasonable. I even got a petition in the 'other' category answered within a couple of days. Really I only hear of long response times for reimbursement petitions.

 If you are after a re-imbursement petition, CCP does these last of all, as they deem them low priority. A wait of 4-6 weeksis the average response time, however, as was mentioned above, if you petitioned in the wrong section, your petition gets deleted. Just keep trying.
And as for deleting a character just over this issue, that is being a bit defeatist, IMHO....

Then you will be happy to know that the same thing will happen to your next one.

We all have that SAME PROBLEM. EVERYONE in Eve is currently experiencing this problem.
But honestly, if you're going to play a game for the petition response times, play one of those Korean games. EVE, believe it or not, is trying it's hardest to answer all petitions, hell, I'm still waiting on a response for why my buy orders keep disappearing (prolly shouldn't put it in re-imbursement!)

I definately understand the OPs feelings. I lost a hawk a month ago to somthing that the GMs ruled an exploit by the other party.. Still waiting on that reimbursement petition to be answered, but my patience is wearing thin...

Reimbursement petitions go to the back of the queue.
Petition time (For reimbursement petitions) varies it can sometimes take less than a week or sometimes over a month, all i ask is that you remain patient it will be responded to.
