Now this may be a wild guess but...
Lynx corporation from Sparta alliance were camping ISS Boreallis and killing iss this evening.(look on the iss killboard if you want proof)
Maybe D2 have plans for the outpost, maybe they are going to give it to Sparta to compensate them for the outpost they took last year when they turned on Sparta. Or maybe Sparta just happened to be jumping on the bandwaggon...... or turning pirate. What happened to that post saying that sparta were not reforming they just wanted standings sorted out....
Its a theory I know but stranger things have happened in the north

As was posted in the the original D2 / ISS declaration thread , We, Sparta, as it has always been under my watch, are aligned closely with D2 and work with them in any of their adventures. I posted warning 2 days ago that we would be setting ISS -10
To squash some rumors off the bat, no pre-arranged deals have been made with D2. We are simply in it for the PEW PEW and to protect our intrests in the North.
As for Lynx, they have always been good friends and we have always bantered about a reunion tour.. the time was right ..
Stay tuned for even more interesting adventures ..
Spartans .. refrain from posting in this thread ..

Muhahah u cant do something alone??? Still a bunch of carebears there i think ... why u dont attack a real entity ... ISS everyone knows they don't know how too fight and anyway they r pretty busy in other regions (i think even they can beat u on 1vs1 war, but i stated before they r too busy with bigger threats)...
At least I expected from those little alliance who wake now to fight with ISS to have the decency to dont be proud with that such acts.
Personal I dont like ISS and from the begining this alliance was for me a big black hole of spies from different aliances and i dont felt comfortably with an ISS outpost in my home region.
ps: this is my personal view and dont represent my corp or my alliance view

As far as I know these are LV outposts... rented by ISS
