the production time is 49 minutes. it's in a 2 day factory right now so i can't be sure, but the exact production time is probaly 49 minutes and 13 seconds. i'll tell you when it comes out. the skill reqirements are quatum physics 1 and hydro physics 1.
i also changed the min bid to 20m and sniper to 20 minutes.

i actually sold it for 6b. when i was afraid that it was going to end at 4b or something when i had no reserve, someone offered me 6b and i took it.
i actually do have another shield boost amp though, but one at 100/50 me/pe. the 100 me doesn't do anything, but the 50 pe lowers the build time to 48 minutes or so. if anyone wants it, please feel free to contact me. i will probaly do another auction in a few days, but with a 6b reserve and shorter.
