After 24 hours fighting can legally occur between those involved.
To my knowledge they are the second entity to ever war dec us.

Dang overview bug got me while engaging against TRI, but good fight guys. I killed a DOOM Nano Tempest, then concord kill me for shooting at a red starred pod that in fact was not a war target.
I am a newb, I was pwnd by overview bug.

Therein lies the difference between TRI and a certain group of wannabes. One will pretend to be on contract. And then attack a region that is without its PVP force, proud of their carebear kills. TRI on the other hand will seek to war dec D2 in the hope of Torrinos engagments, while D2 is massed one jump away.
Officially I am cheering for D2, of course. But I have always had lots of respect for TRI. Hopefully one day you boys will identify with the greater cause. Till that day, "Have Fun" to both sides.
P/S. Dark, does this mean we might get to see a video of an MWD Apoc bumping Erebus out of a POS shield? Lollipop, Lollipop...

Triumvirate know their stuff. This whole dock undock fights discussion is growing old. Its as fair a tactic as anything else. I hope we get some clean good fights. Well, im pretty sure we will. Good luck.
As for smacking. If you experience any smack from ECP.R pilots ingame then feel free to get in touch. We pride ourselves to act in a professional manner.

Attack the children to feel good about your selves, and no D2 arenĘt children but their fleet is busy so you can kill their npcers and haulers in peace.
Whether it has been north or south, you only attack the weak and those that are occupied. I have more respect for ore thieves than your type.

They are "busy" (nothing is happening they captured the outpost and ISS never wen there once) 1 system away from most of the fighting is.
Don't be so stupid and get your facts straight. They decced D2 because their pvp force is closer than ever you muppet.

the privateers have no goal, we have been enemies of the north for longer than i can remember. Anyone who thinks we just gank miners and haulers has no clue and should come fight us themselves.

Its nice to see respectful posts from IRON and D2. Smack from d2 has been minimal and the people that do are usually very young characters, no harm done.

It's a feature of EVE. Game mechanics enforce fighting near celestial objects (gates, stations, moons, belts). Nothing to blame or be proud of really. Just learn to get advantage from it.
Revelations brought new way of scanning so let's hope we will see more engagements in safespots. It will spice up game a little.

The majority of the fighting will take place in Torrinos for obvious reasons: your PvP force is ammassed there, as is ours.
Some of us do roam a bit though, and your alliance-mates all over empire have been quick to engage and see the battle to it's end (no logoffski so far and 1v1 all been honoured on both sides). Respect D2... it's been fun so far!
