JOE NASTY	Posted - 2007.01.07 20:27:00 - [1] Alt Post Damn it's hard to get yer sec status back up. I was a -10 lo-sec pirate and im trying to get back into empire. Im stuck in enemy territory in 00 and can only shoot npc's when the system is clear. I'v got 'fast talk' lvl4 and have shot up about 200 npc BS's but im still -7.6(tho my wallet is growing)hehehe A bit of advice for noob pirates; Podding is NOT worth the price. Laterz

Don't compare yourself to inhuman forms of life, such as Verone :D Anyway, as Samirol said, jump from system to system, but the timer is 10 minutes, not 15. Assault Frigates work well, as long as you warp out as soon as someone enters system or shows up on scanner, you'll be good. I got my sec status up, partly alone, but I had company of 2-3 other people from time to time and only lost my AF on a gate once (stupid suicidal acts of piracy #@$+º). The other time, I lost it to someone who warped in on my while I was semi-afk I did it in about 2 weeks, not playing too hardcore, and I only figured out the part about jumping systems when I was -5 ______________________________ What does one do to have the mods/devs fancy up his sig?

Dude I sat in that system for so long and gained probably like +0.4 sec status taking me to a whopping -9.2 instead of -9.6. Dunno how you do it... so boring.

I had lots of amusement... one of our members, Laocoon raised his sec in an Ibis He got through 64 of them, landing blows on ships to get the sec hit... Check his bio for the "tally" He's the god of npcing tbh... no one in Eve has the right to complain about getting their sec up until they've done it in a rookie ship.. or 60 NEWEST MOVIE : VETO FOR HIRE

Sec dropped to -1.5 in that one instance. Don't think I'll do much podding unless I'm at war from now on. Not worth the loss of highsec access IMO. On the flipside, I've got a 5,005,000.00 ISK bounty on me now. :D

Are u saying that as soon as i jump sys my sec stat will update?? nope 0.0 sys imk kill bs .15(or whatever) in 10 mins. jump to next syst kill bs for .whatever in 10 mins jump sys kill bs for .whatever. depending on your dps you couls get 4 sec hits in 15 mins but they wont come till the 10 min timer hits. hope i didnt confuse you more
