Toakina Systems Financial Press Release
Taokina Systems is proud to announce that last week we recieved a DAMAGE CONTROL II BPO from one of our agents!
Production will start within the upcoming week once it's out of the laboratory.
We'll take this opportunity to leave the status of a small regional producer and to take our part of the "real" market.
So we foundet Toakina Systems and begin to sell shares to expand and be able to produce on big scale.
So here is the offer:
Toakina Systems Shares sell for 20m a piece of a maximum of 800 shares.
The money will be invested in new BPOs.
For the next 10 weeks 100% of the profit (yes, the whole profit) will be paid out on the shares, so your investment will be paid back plus a little bonus. After that time we will hopefully be big enough to sell a few more shares at a lower price and pay out 25% of the weekly profit to the shareholders.
So if you are interested send me the isk and a message about how many shares you want to buy. Shares will be transfered arround 19:00 evetime each day (sorry, I'm working hard and long in RL).
Next point: as we plan to expand we will accept new producers, sellers and people who handle the logistic. Most of this job will be filled up with old well known friends of mine who I trust 100%. But some jobs will be open for new people. So if you are intersted in joining Toakina Systems, feel free to send me an evemail, describing yourself and your skills.
Sale is open now, I'll post the number of shares left here from time to time.

ooc: you might ask why I used an altchar? well, my main (klaus stoertebeker) can only produce, but has no corp-management skills...and "stoertebeker industries" just doesnt sound cool in my ears ;) Klaus will join up asap as the DirectDebit payment method is available again...

For the record, Mrs Toakina has a fine history in EVE.
Way back on 2007.01.07 19:36:00, she graduated from the fine Pator Tech School, and she was so smart and badass she instantly won a Damage Control II BPO from an agent that contacted her the minute she graduated (but it's yet to be known if he made that offer just to get in her pants) Then around 2007.01.07 19:48:00 she formed her own corporation, known as "Toakina Systems".
Toakina Systems has been in business for a long time now, and since they have proven to have a good long standing record selling Damage Control II's, they decided to offer a IPO on 07/01/2007 20:54:00.

pls read my starting post:
My main used to produce on his own, but now I got the chance to expand. This will only be possible with the manpower of some more people, some are allready invited, just waiting to quit their old corporations etc. I cant fly through the galaxy to buy resources and sell the items on my own because of less time for eve during the working week. On my own I'd not be able to use the capacity of this blueprint very effective. But with those guys and a few new ones we will start up and make hopefully some iks. The shares are sold to get the whole thing started, have some money to invest in other bpos and a "backup" for hiring mercs if anyone decides to wardec us.
and for the character: I got 2 accounts, my main will be active as soon as the direct debit works again, gm said it will be fixed asap in my petition. To start a corp you need a character with corp skills, so Mrs Toakina was born and she is learning them now.
another point is that I tried to bring in a little bit role playing, too.
edit: spelling...english is not my native language :/

Just for my own amusement, tell me what proof you have that this is not a scam? Who is your main?
800 shares @ 20m per share, 16B, right? What will you buy with that 16b? Why would you buy any BPO now that the prices are somewhat likely to sink? For example cap recharger II's are already selling at "only" 15m per unit, compared to 20m+ per unit what they were just a month ago.
Seriously, it's not that great being an amarr, is it?
