I could not find this anywhere through in game and forum searches. Is this module even available ingame yet because i could not find them anywhere.

ORE stations. 0.0 systems only, far "west" on the map. Look up the corp and "settled systems".

I was wondering if that was were i can buy them or are they given for missions because if they were for sale there i was wondering why they were not for resale anywhere in empire ?
Just trying to find if it was worth it to go all the way there and find they are not for sale.

According to Halada's excellent Mining Guide the drone coordination link is pretty much worthless.
From his guide:

Conclusion
So now all the links work as intended, too bad the drone coordinator link doesn't do ANYTHING different for high-ends miners(unless you have harvester mining drones @ 8mil a piece and rising and drone interfacing 5 already). The laser optimization link definitely kicks ass in the hands of a fulfilled and skilled pilot.

I first checked on Sisi, none on the normal market so i travelled to the Outer Ring region, and the BPO's where on the market there for 1.73mill  .
So i fired up my nano-Ares on Tranq, to find out they where not on the market in Outer Ring 
So not ingame on Tranq

This is SOOOO Frustrating...
I really do want that Module. I mean, its already known for month, that there where some problems with that module. Shound¦t it be working soon? how much longer shall miners wait? Cant be so hard fixing it...
So PLS, fix it, and pls bring it on the market, like the other gang modules....

Theyre not so useless since the last patch, my new guide sheds more light on that, but they are available in ORE stations.

I flew all the way out to ORE space and all i could find was the Mining Foreman Link - Ice Harvesting and Laser Optimization. The Drone Optimization one I cant find anywhere and I have been looking.

I have found in the empire regions, the Laser Opt and Ice Harvesting BPO;s going for around 10 - 15mill each, which is probably about 7 or 8 times the actual cost. I have not found any sign of Drone Co-ord BPO or module in the empire regions.
Can anyone shed some light on where these BPO's live, if it is ORE space, can someone who has access be willing to supply some on contract???

NO. They are not available on the market. They never have been. They were supposed to be intro'd with the other gang mining links, but were not, at the time it was said that they couldn't get the bonusses to work right, but given how many other drone improving modules we have seen since then, this is likely more a case of 'back burner-itis' than anything else. This has been commented on many times.
My question is to anyone who has been on the test server-are they seeded on the market there?

bummer, but the fact that they are on there is a very good thing...AFAIK they haven't even been on the test server in the past...so it would seem that they are being worked on...
