Why has the camera on SiSi been stuck into some awful mode that changes the camera position and zolleys in and out when you zoom in or out from your ship? The effect wouldn't be bad as an advanced camera option for EVE filmmakers, but it's totally atrocious for normal use (it actually gives me motion sickness after a few uses because of the un-commanded camera shifts). The dampening effect on the camera positioning while zoomed out (it feels like the camera is "sticky," and you have to drag the mouse incredibly far just to move the camera around a bit) is pretty bad too.
Please make these new "features" a non-default configuration option, not the only way to control the camera. Please. |

Read the test server feedback forum, and it explains everything that is going on with the camera, as well as what they already intend to change while it's on Sisi. |

Even if you are in the CFC, you are also not exempted from using your brain to read and use the appropriate forums. If you do that, you would notice there is a thread in the Test Server Feedback forum called "New Camera Controls.

It's called a test server because it's used to test stuff. By CCP, mind you, player access to it is a privilege. So kindly read the forum announcements before sperging, little bee. |
