I was flying away from a stargate when I suddenly lost connection (I didn't CTD, the EVE-window still stayed open, but simply lost connection). When I logged back on, I found myself outside a station.
"OK", I thought and warped to the gate I was supposed to warp to before crashing. When I arrive I see no pilots at the gate even though there were plenty of them. I relog. Still nothing except a few drones when I get back. Having one of them target me didn't make it show either.
I docked and undocked. Activated sensor booster and mwd. They don't blink green as if they were online, but there were infact online. I couldn't deactivate them either as it only said they were already online.
I docked again and went to fitting. It showed many mods as being offline and I couldnt put them online either.
Needless to say, I'm rather confused now and so is my corp mate that also got this problem. I'm sure there's something in cache I need to delete, but exactly what? I don't want to loose my BM's.

Think I am having the same problem. I was warping to a belt, CTD, came back jammed half in a station. Now, nothing works; when docked, try to trade with corpmates, get message they are not in station, if they try to trade with me, they get message I am not there. Same issues with modules, and fitting window.
Try restarting game, restarting computer, made and played an alt, still char borked.

I have the exact same problem. I crashed and upon logging back in certain modules cannot be turned on (meaning that they are offline and cannot be put online) and I cannot get invited to gangs etc.

Same thing happened to me too - after a bit of logging on and off i can get everything to work properly now but takes a few minutes for any channels (including local) to appear

Yup, same here.
Modules stay offline when fitting, and I can't lock targets in missions either.
Same thing with the chat-windows as well, as I read in another post...
Something weird appears to be going on.

It seems like this happened to a lot of people at the very same time.
I fixed it by clearing my settings, though I lost my channels/bookmark-folders/etc. So now the bookmarks in P&P are a true mess-around :p I used this program to clear settings with: http://eve.grismar.net/evelauncher/?page=download
It's annoying to loose all the folders, but this is the only way I know that will fix it right now. Hopefully someone in CCP will give a better solution.

another update
things were working ok till i just tried to warp somewhere to be told ship had left system 200 seconds ago - couldnt do anything so logged - when logged back on everything seems back to normal

I used the same tool as Nadar, it worked. However, it is really annoying to lose all your settings.
