I have been playing EVE now for a couple of days and was getting random restarts when starting to stopping warping. It was annoying yes, but I didn't do much. Now it has gotten to be too much. I grouped up with a friend doing a level 3 mission, I warp and and within 10 seconds I restart. I get back on and it has warped me out and restarts in about 2 seconds. I try again and it restarts in within 1 frame. The last time I tried something. I unchecked the auto restart in the Properties Set Up for Windows and it gave me a Blue Screen telling me to run a memory test, remove recent equipmetn, etc.
Here are my specs Winddows XP SP 2 Core 2 Dou e6600 2gigs of XM2 RAM ATI x1950Pro but Windows thinks it is a X1900GT ASUS P5W DH Deluxe

Here you can find a mem tester, let it run at least 1 cycle

I guess those XM2 memories are actually of Corsair brand, right? If that's the case then the possibility of you having faulty memory sticks is very unlikely since Corsair manufactures one of the best and most reliable memory modules on the market - though nothing is perfect so it won't hurt to test them especially if they are a bit old.
You didn't mention your sound setup but I guess you use the onboard sound controller, yes? I know it's been advised to death but you could try to disable ingame sound as a first step to see if it resolves the issue with CTD when warping.
Download latest DirectX update from Microsoft, check for latest drivers, etc...

In the 'Smuggler Interception' mission when the NPCs begin to target me, my pc crashes to BSOD, every single time. This has also happened when docking at Jita M4 Station but I was unable to replicate.

I am having the same problem.
I had the problem in a lvl 4 Stop the Thief and then warping to a gate in 0.0 to engage some hostiles. I have not had blue screens from anything else. I've heard rumors that Eve does not play nice with dual-core processors and if you set the affinity to one core all will be well, but first off I can't be arsed to set that every time I start Eve and second, I know I had that set when I got the first BSoD.

Heres the problem....
975x chipsets, realtek onboard audio. eg ASUS p5w dh deluxe
heres the fix.....
NONE
heres the workarounds...
1. disable onboard audio/disbale game audio 2. disable sound hardware acceleration 3. buy a new sound card... NOT REALTEK! 4. bug CCP and realtek to fix it, the problem never occured until the revelations patch was released, and relteks latest drivers havent fixed the problem
heres a thred that has more details - http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=434106
