Over the past week the CVA has been fighting highly successfully across four fronts.
At home in the Deliverance Region we have successful defeated a number of pirate incursions. We have also stepped up operations against M.A.C.R.O.E.R.S destroying a substantial number of them (all mysteriously flying Raven class battleships). Clavius XIV is to be particularly commended for his activities in this regard - on one notable occasion fighting and destroying two M.A.C.R.O Ravens singlehanded whilst flying a Curse.
Elsewhere in Providence the CVA maintained its pressure on the terrorist Ushra'Khan alliance with a mixture of small and large raids. Two of these raids resulted in significant fleet battles and I am pleased to report that the Amarrians once again demonstrated their superiority to the hapless Minmatar rabble - brave though they are.
In Empire the CVA faced two new threats.
Firstly, the piratical Privateers organisation declared war upon us for reasons of their own. We assume that they thought we would be easy targets. Happily for us this war declaration coincided with our own war declaration on Electus Matari (which I shall come on to shortly) which meant that large numbers of combat ready CVA pilots were in Empire looking for action. As a result the enthusiastic but outmatched 'Privateers' suffered heavy losses at the hands of CVA veterans. To date the CVA has destroyed 78 Privateer vessels (including 20 pods) for the loss of 12 of our own.
Last, but by no means least, the CVA has also been taking war to the terrorist Electus Matari alliance based in Molden Heath. This region is a long way from CVA home territory and it is fair to say that it has stretched our logistics to their capacity. As a result the war has not been as intense as we would have liked.
Nevertheless the CVA has been putting pressure on the Electus Matari terrorists who have been assisted by the NMTZ alliance and other local pirates. In the one significant fleet battle so far CVA forces decimated a mixed force of Electus Matari and NMTZ, destroying 26 ships for the loss of 2 brave Amarrian souls.
Since then a number of smaller CVA have ventured into Molden Heath with mixed results as they tended to become rapidly outgunned by substantial terrorist fleets operating in the area. Neverthless its is fair to say that Electus Matari has been almost completely driven out of Amarrian space since the entrance of the CVA to their war and are certainly keeping a much lower profile -particularly in systems where they cannot count on their ally NMTZ providing combat support.
So in summary where does this leave us?
Over the past week the CVA has demonstrated its ability to face and defeat multiple threats. In just one week the CVA has destroyed 300 enemy vessels (including 57 battleships & 7 Command ships). In addition another 127 terrorist and pirate pilots were returned to the cloning vats.
This was not without cost however, as the CVA did lose approximately 60 vessels during this same time period. We salute those valiant warriors who made the ultimate sacrifice in defence of all that is right. It is these sacrifices which makes us what we are.
Terrorists you have no future and no hope. Accept Amarrian enlightenment or have it forced upon you...

Interesting that you would say this Hardin, as if my records are correct and up to date, the overall damage that the combined forces of CVA, -VV- and PIE have inflicted upon Electus Matari as an entity is less than what we have inflicted upon your forces.
Perhaps numbers may be greater, but in pure cost of this blatant act of terrorism on your part, you have had the more significant ISK based losses.
Continue your doctrine spins Hardin, I am sure there will be people out there who will believe your filthy words.

Unfortunately your information is at best incomplete, at worst blatently fabricated.
CVA have not lost substantial forces and have in fact inflicted more losses on EM than we have sustained ourselves, in number and in value. If we add UK and your allies into the mix, things are even worse for you.

Without going to the "did not, did too" that threads about war statistics tend to degenerate to, I will say the following:
1) NMTZ are not pirates or terrorists. If local pirates in Molden Heath have engaged with CVA, that is not because they are in league with EM or NMTZ, but because they are, well, pirates. (That concept should be simple enough even for an Amarr who cannot tell the difference between a Gradient and a Stormrider.) While I cannot say I am exactly sorry for pirates shooting at CVA, NMTZ does not work blindly form "an enemy of my enemy is my friend"; pirates in Molden Heath remain on our KOS list even if they happen to also shoot Amarrians.
2) So far, CVA incursions to our space have been unable to disrupt operations in any meaningful sense. Engagements have been relatively few and not really a significant addition to our normal operations against pirates in the area. We keep on monitoring the situation and will react as necessary.

NMTZ will be considered terrorists by PIE until such time as they:
a) Stop combat operations against Amarrian targets
b) Cease providing logistical support to other terrorists
c) Publicly denounce acts of terror carried out against the Amarrian Empire and her allies.

Im not sure if I should be flattered or insulted. I am however pleased that we are being recognized for our active military attacks and strikes through out the amarr empire.
Elsebth speaks the truth when she says EM are not terrorists nor are NMTZ. When we have fought on the same sides it has always been in accordance with their rules of engagement and in legal strikes. Often Fimbulwinter has suggested a more militant campaign vs the likes of CVA and thus far they have declined citing a difference in their charter.
I like to think that this unprovoked war will sway the balance in favor of more violent and direct action from here out.

Yes, this war was unprovoked...
The war was started when Republic 'loyalists' without any provocation declared war by attacking an Amarrian convoy.

That my honorable Grand Inquisitor friend is precisely why these beasts must be tamed. Brought to their knees before God and put in their place. Left alone to "govern" themselves they resort to terror and barbarism.
