I'm finding this a little hard to explain, so please excuse the oddness of this post!
I have just joined a corp that is in 0.0 space and about 50 jumps away from my destination. I have made such trips before, but not without having to make several attempts.
I was told by someone slightly more experienced than me (as well as some other EVE players) that once you join a corp, their office destinations become available for you to set your clone to activate, should you die.
But when I look in my available clone locations, I cannot see any of the systems or offices where my current corp is located.
Should I be seeing them, or am I just mistaken?
Any help would be appreciated!

It wouldn't be just the location of a corporate office, but the station also has to have a cloning facility (medical services). So corporate offices in stations without a cloning facilty won't help you.
Other than that, I don't know if you have had to visit the station to put your clone there, though when I moved my clone yesterday I was offered locations from my starting npc corp that I had never been at.

Not true. You can have a clone anywhere that you have an office. I know this for fact, as I have one on an alt in this situation.
So the OP's problem may be that his corp doesn't have any offices there. Other than that, there may just be so many options that he didn't notice them. This is a problem if you have a lot of offices in your corp, plus your original NPC corp has a lot too.

I was also interested to know exactly where you can locate your clone. Well I know where to find the list, But I've not idea how this list is compiled. So, you can locate your clone at ANY station at which your currrent corp has an office (what is an office? How do I know if my corp has one in a station?). Also from the above posters it seems as though you can locate your clone in a station where your NPC has an office as well. Is that correct? If so, I don't suppose it also applies to other corps you have been a member of in the past as well. (?) Finally could someone confirm whether you need to have visited the station in order to house your clone there. When I looked into relocating my clone it prompted me for a fee of around 5k ISK IIRC, is that a standard fee?

Once you are in a player corp, you can select to move your clone from the medical services, and player corp offices will appear there, rather then yout NPC ones.
sometimes you can move to old corp hqs etc, for example my old corp based out of eitu, now i have left but can still move my clone there
you dont have to visit the station.
it is a standard fee yes.
