Tok'ra now recruiting!
If you enjoy mining all sorts of minerals ( or don't mind hauling while you're working your way up to mining excellence ), doing some good ol' fashioned R&D, or maybe running some kill mission, we've got a place for you.
We are a mature mining production corp which focuses on building capital ships and components. We are in the game to have fun, kid around, and make a little ISK at the same time. We do ( of course ) have a heirarchy of members who help keep the corp running smoothly, but don't demand anything of our junior / new players; no pressure just plain fun. We support and help each other and are well established in the game with many players in excess of 48 mil sp with experiance in all aspects of the game.
We respect other players in EVE, which means absolutely no yarr-ing allowed. If you've dabbled in pRating and decided you want to re-establish your name, there's always something to blow up somewhere and we'd love to have you along while we're blowing those things up.
At this time, we're requesting that you have at minimum 1mil SP, and that you are not in a trial account.
Hope to see you around!

Do you have so PvP Gods that might be interested in mentoring a 21M sp PvP noob? and...
My real life restricts my online time to only once (some times twice) a week usually between the hours of 23:00MST and 08:00MST Thursdays and occasionally Fridays... Is this a problem? and...
I'm a package deal.... click on my sig to learn about my better half to see if you could use his skill set and let me know if there would be a problem with accept us as a package deal? ++++++½½½½½½

Edited by: MORRS on 10/01/2007 14:25:02 No problem at all mate. You can play as you wish, there is no pressure to do anything other then enjoy the game. To some extend the measure of success within our corp can be viewed in my bio. It does not however reflect the most important aspect of the game which is the fun we have kidding and prawning each other. Or the enjoyment of helping a mate.
I have had the pleasure of flying with mates for over two years. We have come to know each other as if we were long time RL childhood friends. We trust each other in a game of scams and deceit. That trust was earned. We would like the oppertunity to extend that friendship to others in the game. We are here to have fun, enjoy friendships, profit and those other things that give us a buz. I might add, we are a mature group ranging in ages of 20 to 55 (yeah, some of us are old farts).
We do at times solicit other friendly corps for spars of frig wars where we set up rules and such of war fare then go at it. Nobody loses much, just some spice, excitment and fun.
We do have projects however if you care to join in them for the betterment of the corp as a whole. We have carriers, freighters and such and are mining colectivly to build a dread for our expansion into .0. It will not be a requirement for anyone to enjoy the .0 experiance but rather an individual choice and oppertunity to make some nice isk. We are experianced in the affairs of .0 having in the past taken up residence for about a year supplying trade, production and system security.
What you get in our corp are resources of knowledge in all aspects of eve. R&D, production, POS, Missions, capital ships, invention, rigs, PvE and PvP. We are a group of players ranging from Noobs to 55 mil SP.
Edit: Yes, we have a TS server.

Sounds really great, although I certainly shouldn't have any problems with age requirements (I had to go the last of the 'Duck and Cover' exercises in elementary school and I remember where I was and what I was doing when the 'Bay of Pigs' hit the news... think I'm old enough)... however my ex's will debate you on my maturity! Anyway, I digress, due to some æiffyÆ storm forecasts I may be able to get on tonight (probably around 22:00 MST) and I see if any one is on your in-game channel and I introduce my self and get more details.
Thanks

Hey guys whats happening...what I like about the corp. Hmmm...well a bunch of people just out to have a good time. Im really not too much into the idea of 0.0 space but hey I can always help out in empire. I enjoy mining and also like salvaging. The people here are a fine group, some with excellent combat skills and others with superb mining skills. I need to brush some of mine up but getting there. Best thing I can say about the corp is that they put no pressure on people on what they want to do. Corp mining is encouraged but not always mandatory. I also enjoy the bs session we have and am trying to get into sparring but some ships still not ready...hey have a great day......Tok'ra Forever!!!!!

I've loved my time with Tok'Ra - great support for miners and mission runners alike!
Personally, I don't care much for combat having spent vast amounts of time getting my industrial skills to their maximums, and I've never had to worry about my saftey while out on a long-durration mining trip or trying to break into the world of PVP, etc.
Even when I was new to industrial affairs, the players who had the abilities to do things like perfect build and perfect refine were always happy to help me out - usually going out of their way or putting their personal affairs on hold to do so... and I'm glad to be one of those players now.

I have been out of EVE for over a year, just came back about 2 months ago. The other members have given me lots of help refitting my outdated setups, and assisting me in how to skill up to get where I want to be in the game. We have also had a lot of fun on group personal mining ops and the occaisional corp mining op. During the evennings (US EST) when I play there at least 10-20 folks on, so there is always things to do!! We help each other on missions, whatever it takes to have fun!! So give Reverend Hazlett a shout and tell'em Reg sent ya!

I've been a member with Tok'Ra for quite some time now, and I've had a great time! These guys know how to help out a new player, and helped me to rapidly develop my skills both as a miner and as a combatant! I think I'm very lucky to have run into some of their members in my first day, and just through chatting in local they showed me that they would be happy to help me out. When I had just started, aside from knowing nothing of the game, I had nothing to my name. I didn't have to beg anyone to help me get a new frigate, they let me fly along on some missions and collect loot for them, while I was racking up shares in bounties that were amazing to a new player (remember when 10k was a fortune?). Before I knew it I was flying a Vexor and running my own missions, and the knowledge they shared with me kept me alive and profiting the whole time!
I love this corp!

The Tok'ra corp has really helped me out in the long run. Not only did they help me get started playin eve, but they also have been there whenever i needed advice or pvp training. The corp is also pays more attention to the "not so experienced" players more than other corps would. If you want to find a corp thats a really good choice i would suggest Tok'ra.

Great corporation to be apart of. I came from a purely pvp corporation that had lost sight of who they were because of their want to stay in a very large alliance. Originally before joining I was thinking of staying solo for awhile my friend told me of this great corp and so I joined and was suprised and slowly my faith in corporations was regained. They are a corp that has goals, objectives, and self identity but still cares for each of its individual members in short everybody's needs are equally important and noone is overlooked. I couldn't ask for a better corp right now.

I joined Tok'ra my first day playing this game, almost two years ago now. Since then I and the corp have both come a long way. We have made our way into the capital age, we have over 500 researched BPO's and quite a few experienced players. We are constantly growing and evolving right along with EVE. We have a solid member base, with people ranging from PVE, PVP to Industrial based characters and a few with both...
We are looking for both experience players who have been around a while and are looking for a new home, and those newbies that have only been in the game a while. As we grow in EVE we have many plans, some have come to fruitation, some are still in the works, but that is the best part about EVE. You constantly have to change and adapt, which makes the game all the better.
We hold corp mining ops, for corp projects, split mining ops, we help each other with missions and plexes and one day, hopefully in the near future, get back to 0.0 space. We normally have between 10-20 or more people online during the evening hours(US Time) and people on most of the day.
If you are looking for a new place to call home, we invite you to check us out. Convo myself, Morrs, Hoggleg or Reverand Hazlett for more information on our corp. We are happy to answer your question.

Im not a very old character and i have found Tok'ra to be a great corp, there are some very experienced players and they always have time to help this noob
the thing i like the most about this corp is that it is a small comunity deidcated to helping the group. there are whole corp mining ops to gather materials for capital ships, there is a role for everyone and together we achive more than we could alone.
I personaly was interested in moving into manufacturing to help generate my isk, but when i saw the skills required and the cost of BPOs, as a low SP character i thought it would take way too long to get there. but the corp came to my rescue, some members have perfect refining, some have perfect manufacture and the corp collectivley owns many BPO's, these guys have helped me out beyond words.
We seem to be a very peaceful corp and that is quite a nice atmosphere to learn and test new theorys of play the game. With all that said about a month or 2 ago we were war deced, and i have to say ive never seen a corp react so fast and so coordinated toward a comon threat. The more experienced members led patrols and cordinated corp movements and tactics that had the war decking party pull out quickly and i think in the whole thing we lost one ship.
well thats been my experience so far and im pretty happy with this lot, i rekon i'll be sticking around for awhile

Hi Everyone!
Ive been on for about 4 months now and i can't say i know everything about the game, but i joined tok'ra the second day i had the account...
My story is... I was a noob, had no idea how to even move my screen around... and after I figured that out, I met some guy and me and him started doing missions in jita of all places... but me and him ran missions until we got to worlds collide... and I die like 5 times lost all the money I had in the game and I was about to quit forever right then and there... but I guy named elderprophet an alt to MORRS who is in tokra... told me to come down and relax, he tought me the basics of gangs and no soloing in somthing like that, he taught me to stay together because its you and your partner vs whatever is out there... well after that mission... I was looking to join a corporation and I straight up asked elderprophet if I could join him beacuse he was a good mentor... the moral of the story is I can help my self now but whenever I need somthing tokra is always there to back me up... and beacuse of elderprophets help I share the same help as he did to me to other now matter what there skill level is...
I recommend tokra they are well rounded, protected, and well organized, and if there is ever anything you need were always here to help...
They got PVE, PVP, Miners, Idustry, Production, and whatever else you can think of we have a dreadknots and plently pilots for it and a few carriers, were looking for new players new and experianced, just come by and see what we can offer you...

I have been with this corp for a little while, but the time that i have spent with them has been fun, i don't have many combat skills cuase ya can make alot of money in mining and industrial stuff but ya don't have to worry about being left out in a crowd here, these people know there stuff inside and out from PVP to Hauling they know it all, with the great veterans like Morrs and Tiger Wolf there is alot to be learned.
I have been working on my mining skills but i manily haul peoples stuff for them both ships excetera and it gets me a good ammount of iskies :) If you want to make lots of ISK and get to be in a group with great comradere here is the place to go, contact Morrs, Tiger Wolf, Hoggleg, or Reverand Hazlett to get started.
