I'd have to go for unique ships:
- The Last Imperial Apoc
- The Fedathron, although there's likely a second out there waiting to be claimed
- Chribbas Veldnought
- Of Opux Luxury Yachts there's already two, and it not inconceivable another may be granted
All of the above are priceless, and there have been offers of nearly 50M ISK for the second but last Impoc.

I imagine when T2 BS BPO's are seeded, they could range in the 100+ billion range...
However, it depends on the state of invention at that point in time. If they leave Invention the way it is, no one will be inventing T2 ships, so there is a good chance T2 BS BPO's will be king...

By the way, most expensive item off market is a Titan, probably the Minmatar one as I think noone would seriously consider building it for retail.

This thread has gone off topic and enough with the flaming. If you have problems about isk selling etc, I suggest you file a petition. The GMs are pretty strict on those issues.
