Hello,
Just wondering if there was any security in buying a char for ISK? I see a lot of players selling their characters for isk on the "For Sale" forum and was wondering if this goes against the EULA and if theres anything CCP can do in case the seller does not complete the transaction and just keeps the isk?

Did you read the sticky on the Sell Forum?
17. Scamming ETCÆs and character sales are not allowed, please petition if you suspect you have been scammed. When buying and selling characters, please note that by confirming the trade via EVEmail, you ensure that the facts of the matter are documented, should any later disputes arise that require GM attention. |

I think as long the transactions spelled out on the sell forums by both players that counts as evidence/proof of the transaction if one side tries to scam the other.
I have the body of a supermodel. I just can't remember where I left it.
