1) bugged overview --> when a war has ended, and u see a guy from that corp, he still shows up red as if he is a wartarget. lost a vexor today like that....

The various overview bugs are the most annoying ones to me.
- agression reflected correctly only after re-opening overview
- agression sometimes not reflected at all (drones in PvP)
- incorrect distances (almost always after ship destruction in PvP)

1) The lagginess and total lack of intuitiveness in the UI (switch it off for 30 more fps, I mean wtf? And give us more keyboard shortcuts, mouse clicking everything is so 1990.)
2) Too few noobs with good loot in low sec

1. Must manually unlock wrecks after looting (i so much miss the old loot containers, the new system makes looting such a pain and so far i could not adapt to this change. actually i skipped looting alltogether).

Those are the first three that come to mind but I could go on to mention the seamless (perhaps it should be named pointless) map and system scanning and a ton of other things that are keeping me from playing atm. Thoroughly sick of the state of things atm hence not playing much.

What I see as main problems that need addressing:
1. Eve Mail bug, Eve mail not being marked as read.
2. Countermeasure needed for warp bubbles (both the mobile ones and drones). There should be a counter, one taking equal or slightly more skilling to use, could be a rig, some sort of probe or other device envisioned by the Devs.)
3. Need to fix it so that if you logoff within the shield of your corps POS or an alliance POS you do not emergency warp off.
4. Need to fix it so that if you logoff in a warp bubble, you do not emergency warp off.
5. Tech II BPOs need to be seeded on the market just like tech I. (Note just because they are seeded and folks can buy them doesn't mean they'll be able to build them, but it would open up the market more and provide more of a player generated income>).
6. Asteroid spawn times in high sec are not keeping pace with the games population. We need an additional respawn day or they need to regain more quickly. (This will become a problem in low sec and 0.0 as well if enough people ever move out there. )
7. We need a way to lockdown minerals in a corp hangar similar to blueprints. This would enable one to allow more folks to engage in corp production without worrying about corp theft.
8. Corp Theft currently has no risk of any sort in EVE. There needs to be a system whereby there is some risk. Perhaps a large hit to sec status upon such a theft, this would need to be GM verified and applied. Another option might be to allow corps to place a bounty on someone regardless of their sec status within 72 hours of leaving a corp. Kill rights could also be given but again that would take GM verification and might not be useful.
9. Shareholder list. The CEO and directors of a corp should be able to see who owns shares for their corp. I wouldn't think this would be to hard to enable.
10. Moon MIning Array IIs, we need a tech 2 version of this to take advantage of the moons with say Cadmium 2. This is also needed to help keep up with growing population.

(And some pirates are grateful enough that someone will talk to them without being ****ty to them that they let you go in order to enjoy good conversation  )

2 - T2 Price whiners especially. It's really not prohibitively expensive. Hate to use the phrase but: "learn to play ffs".
3 - Players, in general, that want Eve to be like other MMOs and demand it from the Devs. There are millions of MMOs out there suited to you, just f**k off and play them and stop trying to ruin the one comercial game that caters to people that want something a little more challenging and complex than WoW. Eve is cruel, it hurts, it's hard and if you suck or you're stupid repeatedly then it and the people in it will be nasty to you. That's the way a lot of people like it mmmmmnkay? If you don't there are plenty of other games to play. If you do then there's not much alternative.
Right, rant over. Top 3 unresolved bug/balance issues in the game:
1 - One that I didn't see mentioned (though it may have been, only skimmed later replies) is the overview not updating the highlighted gate when you set a new overview destination.
2 - Gah the mail bug!!!!11!!eleventyone!!
3 - I guess I'll go with everyone and their sister on this and say lag, because it is just aweful sometimes. It'll always exist in all online games of any merit but we could do with a lot less in Eve atm.

Free-form Professions, ensure no limetations on professions. Be a trader, fighter, industialist, researcher, hunter pirate or mixture of them all.
