My ideal character would be able to fly a tengu, loki, and legion extremely well (proteus is also a plus, but I don't have an expressed use for one at the moment). Emphasis placed on the loki and tengu especially.
My budget is essentially open-ended. I'm a successful trader and I have lots of isk to burn if I see something I REALLY want, i'll have it.
What I really want to avoid are half-baked tengu alts with sub-standard core skills. If the character is a very strong pilot of just one or two t3 ships, that is fine, but I am not in the market for a char that needs a year's worth of work. I also want to avoid characters with capital skill training, lots of battleship skills, and heavy mining or industry backgrounds. None of that will be terrible useful to me.
