The item to be auctioned is a Nyx class mothership
Start price and reserve: 25 billion ISK
Minimum bid increment: 500 million ISK
Buyout option: 35 billion ISK
Auction end date: Sunday, the 14th of january 2007 at 22:00 Eve Time
Sniper time of 15 minutes.
The ship will be supplied with 20 fighters, and a fitting of the auction winners choice. (standard capital equipment and T2 items only)
Additional information:
The final deal will happen in the following fashion. The customer pays the full amount in advance. Following that he is handed over the mothership.
The location will have to be agreed upon with the customer.
Disclaimer:
Alt forum bids will be ignored. Due to the kind of sale i might consider anonymous ingame offers. However i will only deal with reputable main characters.
I reserve the right to turn down offers or to end the auction prematurely.

Unfortunately Trust only sells T2 items... if they were selling some 'clue' only... I would buy some for you.
I was saving some ISK for a Nyx actually, but turns out I still don't have enough 
Trust is the only entity I would 'trust' with up front purchase of a 25B ship...

The original post clearly states the conditions of the transfer. If you are not happy with them, you are free not to bid. Your silly rambling won't convince anyone that Phoenix is trying to scam anyone here, this is hardly the first larger transaction he made.

A couple weeks ago I bought a mothership from TRUST.
The method of transfer was perfectly acceptable and at no point was there any practice or request that seemed out of line.
Everything went perfectly and I'm extremely pleased with the product and the service rendered. In fact, they went out of their way to expedite the delivery before the last holiday in December!
With any luck, I will be in the market for another mothership in the not too distant future. I won't think twice about who to approach for the deal :)
