Im gonna make this sweet and to the point. One member of Crimson Void Logistic and one member of Omnigen have both tried to use a known bug/exploit to better themselves in the war.
This bug is the one where you eject from your ship and leave it outside our station. When we undock even though your not in local your ship still appears as a threat in threat window. If we attack the ship we take a sec hit and sentry fires on us, even though were at war with your corp.
The GM's will not replace ships for us due to your cheating, so if I see this happen again I will be petitioning with a list of names.

how it does make any difference if someone is in the ship or not? If noones home, why not just eject and board said ship? Its kinda sneaky but by definition doesn't seem like an exploit to me.

The bug is that though it's an enemy ship, if they are not onboard it you will lose sec status for shooting it, and can become victim to sentry. The ship appears as a threat when undocking, which leads one to believe the person is really there.

Yep I'm sure, because that's what happened. A ship was lost to sentry for attacking an abandoned ship which belonged to a corp we are at war with. Turrets were used, so there was no missile splash on station.

Ok people...we have a classic case of a corp who bit off more than they can chew and now the only thing they can do is fabricate lies to try and give us bad names. Warhound, send ur list and Im sure the GM's are going to laugh at u just as hard as we laugh when your corp flees to dock at a station every time we show up!I regret even posting this because i have resorted to having no life like warhound who has so much time stuck in a station that he can make like 20 posts a day. Hey war pup, take a screenshot of your ship floating in the station, put it on your desktop and quit EVE. save the $12.95 a month u sorry juvenile!!!

This thread isn't a complaint, it's a plea asking for the corps we are fighting to stop using known exploits. It's quite funny, that we're using legit tactics and the anti-pirates have been doing the exploiting and JIP lagging :( Oh well, that's how it goes I guess. We don't expect sympathy, only integrity.

Oh and for your info PAK...that ship wasnt from any corp your at war with because I checked the info! It was a frig from Rey something or other and Ive seen it at your base for like 2 weeks now. Its not our fault, nor an exploit that you keep recruiting a bunch of rookie noobs that shoot everything they see without knowing the game mechanics. It seems PAK has run out of money to replace lost ships so they need to file bogus petitions in order to try and get CCP to replace their ships. For real kids...Obviously pirating is not for you. Your corp gives other respectable pirate corps a bad name!

As a director of Omnigen, I can assure you that not one member of our corp has ever done this (it's new to me and many of our members). Plz don't call EXPLOIT without some sort of hard evidence like a screenshot. Yes I have seen a shuttle outside your station, and we had second thoughts of if it was one of your alts in it. As you say - there is no real way of telling if the ship is manned or not, maybe one for the 'Idea Forum' (abandoned stated when locked or something).
If we fight, we will fight you without exploiting. We wouldnt want to make killing you any easier than it already is.

If it really is a dead ship, and in Empire, can't you just go out 70k and fire from there at the ship to kill it? You did say you are at war with the corp so it really shouldn't be a problem whether the pilot is in the ship or not.
Since you want the ship destroyed, just get out of range of any sentry guns and shoot at it.
NOTE: I only recommended 70k as a Tachyon with Radio can hit at about that range or a bit more (74k?); so it is plenty of distance from sentry guns and ideal range for that weapon/mod setup.

We've gotten used to them camping outside our station, locking and firing soon as we undock. Having the threat come up when we undock, we react quickly to counter, so it's easy to make a mistake before seeing if it's abandoned.
@OmniGen - I don't mean to call your corp exploiters; but I do know that there have been instances of dirty tactics, and I know you can't account for all your members actions, or even if they know its an exploit. Yes, there was one rookie corp shuttle outside the station yesterday. This morning, it was still there but with two enemy shuttles as well. I didn't catch the names, perhaps WarHound did. One was blown up (for which we lost a ship to sentry), not sure what became of the other.

So you're saying that a small frigate/shuttle is a big threat to PAK? Or are you saying that you're too snowblind to see the words BOARDSHIP in the menu when you go to lock? Quite a sad excuse I'd say and very low to call either Omigen or Crimson Void exploiters. As far as camping stations goes, you are the one who declared war, so now you must suffer the consequences of your actions, if you cannot handle it I suggest you start a war with another n00b corp, maybe they are more you speed.

Ok i have had it. You are all a bunch off ****en retards and carebare *****es. First off this was no big deal I dont wanta see other members making the same mistake. When you attack an ememy ship that there not actually in sentry fire on you. If i check every ship over befor i made an attack that wouldnt be to ****en bright.
The first time it happend i thought it was probly an accident but a second time in the same spot dosnt make sence and yes im calling you cheats. We suck ? you cant even fight fair.

Our corp lives in Aridia, but we haven't really ran into each other. I don't really have any ill will towards you guys, but the thought of fifty unmanned shuttles all around your station really tickles me for some reason.

First off I would like to apologize to PAK for leaving my shuttle there, someone left an Amarr rookie ship outside and I waned to fly it, so I took my shuttle ejected and away I went with the Impairor. I didnt know it was an eploit, I do now.
Someone needs to put a warning on the forums for Warhound, CAUTION: Posting/Reading of the Forums may cause high blood pressure.... And besides you should know, the good guys always win!
