I started with a trial account yesterday and at that time purchased the Explorer Pack for 4.99 US. Today, about 30 minutes ago, I went ahead and upgraded to a paid account. When will the system recognize me as a paid player? How do I access my Explorer Pack items? Thanks in advance and I look forward to getting to know the game and some of its players! FG
Ralph King-Griffin Devils Rejects 666 The Devil's Warrior Alliance 12874	Posted - 2015.11.27 11:56:52 - [2] - Quote Should recognise you immediately, I'm going to guess that it's the trial restriction messages in skill descriptions is what you're thinking about, relax, they show for the veteran players too, but you should be able to train them now. If not you can file a support ticket via the f12 menu in-game under account and billing, in my experience the gm team are fairly prompt, Particularly so regarding account/billing. To get the items you need to redeem them, it's simple , dock up wherever you want them and go to the top of the neocom panel on the left side of your screen, there's a menu that pops out with various inventory tabs, down the bottom of that you should see one called redeemable something or other where you can have them spawned. Alternatively I think you can get it through the escape menu or the bottom of your character selection screen when you login. Better the Devil you know. =]\|[=
