I am now 3 weeks into a petition for bug related loss that hasn't been replied to and tonight had yet another loss. I cannot open another petition due to the first not being resolved yet in spite the extended timescales.
Can we please get a comment from CCP as to why customer support is so far behind? what is being done to resolve it and what they will do to ensure that things don't fall so far behind in future?
I haven't even received an automated response as yet to say they're thinking / investigating matters on the first one before I get chance to petition another :( I wouldnt mind but in 3.5 years I've probably had to petition losses 3-4 times out of a hundred or so and now customer support is that bad I'm having to queue the damned petition up.
Whats the queue size on petitions at the moment? is 3 weeks long or should i be waiting longer? A response from Customer Support rep's would be nice

I've had a petition open due to a market loss (22,000 zydrine disappearing ftl) and still have no answer. Since about the 13th as well.

I really would like to know how long we'll all have to wait to get answers to our petitions?
Any chance Kieron can give us some formal update on the problems Cust Support are experiencing?

I have 2 petitions open, 1 for dissapearing minerals and another for ship lost.
Corp mate got his petition for a ship lost in trade window sorted in like 3 days.
I'd just like some sort of proper queue system, where we have some sort of idea where we are in that queue, atm, it seems like a rather lucky dip if you petition is the one getting sorted out on a particular day.

Yes customer rep is very slow. Have they not hired any new ones since the server would top out at 10K?

5 Weeks is apparantly the timespan for them to answer reimbursement petitions.
Afaik Stuck petitions etc are still answered very quick.
They said in the QA-Devblog from a few days ago that their petition-queue is up to 10k petitions they are working on.

If you want to know why they are behind then you need to speak to all those retards out there who petition every ship loss just in the hope that they get it reimbursed, and every dumb carebear who petitions for griefing just because they got podded.
as for how far behind i'd like to know that as well cos got 1 running for about a week here.

you can have gms giv eyou ships back? i was doing some pvping and the pirates called concord blew me up and they camped my station and blew my other ship up when i undocked. who i ask to get these back?

Been waiting months, dispite me putting my petition for a ship loss in the ship loss section, i had a mail 2 months after saying it had been moved to the correct section?

You can indeed Ethereal. Although I must add that in 99% of cases the undeserving wetches are given their ships back after inventing some lame excuse involving "lag" or pretending their ship "disappeared".
However with your reputation and good name the GMs would probably reverse the above mistake and return both ships too you within the hour! Might I add that if it were up to me I would rewrite this game so that you have nothing to fear from Concord ever again! I hope that as soon your greatness is revealed to those less prescient than I you will be pvping through space, low, high and zero security!

I got an automated response today. At least it told me that it would be looked into soon(tm)
Never fly what you can afford to lose, that way when concord decides to peon up on you for no apparet reason, you can still make a living.
