Derelik alliance has been attacked by Eve Marshals who forced us to retreat to g-5en2. A few skirmishes occured during this retreat and
C4w3 was podded in his Scorpion in g-5 while figthing against Eve Marshals.
Derelik Alliance finaly managed to gather its fleet and engaged Eve Marshals and their allies in g-5 gate to assah. They found themselves unable to stop the attack and outnumbered (yes it can happen). We are unable to confirm the losses yet, but think that 3 Battleships were shot down during the fight, 1 Armageddon, 1 Dominix, 1 Tempest and pilots podded. Other ships managed to escape. Eve Marshals and their allies fought well and both sides had a great fight.
This battle occurs 1 day after skirmishes between Derelik Alliance and Xetic in Providence which only lead to collateral casualties. We expect xetic and Eve Marshals to stop their violations of our territory which are useless.

It was very enjoyable engagements. Confirmed losses for the Marshals were 3 BSs: a scorp, a dom and a geddon.
We are a Law Enforcement corp. We respect the borders of legititmate alliances, not a lose group of pirate corporations.
Recognized Alliances are: SA, CC, FA, NVA, CFS and Great Wildlands.
Any others are treated as "alliances" in the respect that they assist each other in times of Peace and War; but are not recognized as having borders.
We will continue in our role of assisting CONCORD and all Empires and Alliances in the capture of pirates and the agencies they work for.

I can't confirm the scorp, however a Tempest was shot down. I know that a Scorp took heavy damages and another one armor damages during skirmishes before g-5 but i can't confirm a scorp was shot down.

People are free to claim an area if they want to. Then they have to control it. Derelik Alliance claimed the area and -as u have seen- controls it. As for calling us "pirates" well CA has m0o with them, i don't see the difference =)

You are correct accept for the fact we do not recognize the Curse Alliance. We recognize the Curse Coalition.
And you are correst for the losses of ships. The said previous skirmish was my ship, I was unable to attend the 2nd battle as I was repairing.

I know u took some damages during skirmishes, i was there (finaly the Scorpion i was shooting at since the beginning and his friends paid attention to my tiny ship after abisha jumped... I managed to bring him to armor =)
As for not recognizing Alliances with pirates in it, well... Someone suggested me this: "It's like saying Iraq is not a country because they hate ****** *******" (no political view here, plz don't talk about this in other posts) 
I'm sure you'll understand that Derelik Alliance is not only made of pirates, since my corp is not a pirate corp but a production corp mining in both empire and deep space.

We know it's not made of only pirates, but we see any corporation directly supporting piracy as criminals themselves.
The role of the Eve Marshals is to simply fight pirates/criminals and their supporters for fun, and we win some and lose some.

EVE Marshalls are a great bunch of guys. I've had a few run ins with them and they aren't smack talkers. They are very professional and honest about what they do. Excellent adversaries.

My understanding is that EVE marshals only attack -5.0 players and they only patrol 01.-0.4 space.
as for not recognising the most powerfull alliance in the game seems a bit naive, but fair as it would pose to logistical and somewhat impossible for EVE M to come into curse and remove all the -5.0'ers without getting a royal asskicking by all the +status guys.
And as stated before i think they only patrol 0.1-0.4 and only venture into 0.0 if chasing or protecting the 0.1's etc.

The accusations of grid bug are nasty and low. I'm expecting more fair-play from our enemies next time. Semjasa has been explaining how he managed to get so few damages from you (post about c4w3 getting podded). We have been fighting a lot in g-5 at the gate to assah and no grib bug has ever been reported. If you suspect a grib bug, contact GMs, but stop whining on forums because you are a disgrace to those who have fallen fighting with honor during this battle.

You can test that fact very easily. Ask them if they are going to fight Evolution that simply ejected a well estabilshed 'regional alliance' or will they conveniently simply decree that as 'not piracy'?

there was no bug.
a few people said they had trouble seeing the pirates..this was most probably due to lag as there was a fair few of us knocking about.
it was discussed in detail as the people who had issue were not sure what had happened..but as several of us said we had no issue seeing you at all.
i chould see very clearly and wasnt lagging at all.
so there are no clames of any wrong doing..all fair and square.
as i have said good night of eve it was.
much enjoyed...
sure there will be more of the same...

Skillz is trolling cause hes bored.
Skillz, we have only recieved trickled reports of Evolution being rats. As for a response from us: we do what we can, when we can. If we recieve more reports about them from respectable players we will do what needs to be done, at our choosing.
As far as the CA, same goes for that. We respect the CC and SA. CA is not recognized. They have alot of respectable PvP fighters, and it will be an honor to bring the Law to them.
We do patrol from time to time, in all space(except for the recognized Alliances, as they have capable navies).
