if this is still going i will bid 400m as it is overpriced.

You cannot give someone else an account, or have someone else pay the transfer fee. The seller has to pay the fee, it is in the rules. Would be interested otherwise.

Is it overpriced? I had no idea how to price it, so I went by timecards. I think 5.5M SP is around 4 months of training, which works out to about 600M in timecards. I'll change the prices and start a new auction.
