Hey,
Are there any skills that increase the range of webifiers?
Also ... what is that skill that increases the effect of target painters?

There are no skills that increase the web range. The minmatar recon cruisers get a bonus to web range though, and officer/faction webbers have a higher base range as well.
The skill that increases the effect of target painters is Signature Focusing.

There are gang modules that effect web and scramble range, in the Skirmish Warfare line. Getting someone with Skirmish Warfare Specialist and Warfare Link Specialist into a Minmatar Command Ship or battlecruiser will do wonders for your tackling.

Additionally, the Blood Raider faction ships (Cruor, Ashimmu, Bhaalghorn) receive bonuses for web range.
If you're on IE, pretend this is transparent while you get a better browser. |

One thing to keep in mind for painters is that Vigils have a bonus for effectiveness so mount 2 of the high end painters (which stack) on a Vigil and you can effectively get over 100% sig increase on a target. The recon ships may also have range and efectiveness bonuses for painters as well. I just don't fly them so I'm not positive.

Also the skill Signature Focusing increases the effect of target painter, it needs the skill Target Painting to lvl4 as a prerequisite.

I reckon there ought to be a skill or module to increase range though. 10km webifier isn't really useful for many pilots.

Widely available 20Km webbers = no point flying anything smaller than a BS.
CONCORD provide consequences, not safety; only you can do that. |

The only other option is to overheat your webbers, which will require Thermodynamics.

Heat a domination webber and you get 19.5km range...
