As far as I can tell they are:
THETA SIGMA PSI
and that could be read as
Under divine care, neither advance or retreat. You have the righteous judgement from the Gods.
Very interesting and very fitting for an Amarr industrial ship.
There is also another symbol, the Celtic Cross. It is a symbol of eternity that emphasizes the endlessness of GodĘs love.
ΘΣΨ <---- Symbols on the Bestower
Θ Theta = TH
Σ Sigma = S
Ψ PSI = PS
"The human species suffers from a dimensional limitation. They are not able to understand that matter and mind are just one aspect of something more fundamental. We must strive to expand our perspective so we can see what our true reality is." Deep toughts by Mr.Pops, while consuming large quantities of Blue Pill and staring at the EVE gate in Genesis.

The Celtic Cross has a very long history - greatly pre-dating christianity and concepts such as 'God'
the four arms represented the heart, mind, soul and body to some tribes and to others it was earth, wind, fire and water.
to the more pragmatic tribes it meant north, south, east and west or more simply a 2D representation of their world
the cirlce is believed to be a represntation of the moon and/or the sun - in some ancient cultures a circle was the moon and a circle superimposed on a cross was the sun
the romans plagiarised this ancient symbol to force christianity on the celts and picts (with varying success)
