Absolutely tremendous character. Amar BS 5, Cald BS 5, Gallente BS 4, Amar cruiser 5, Cald Cruiser 5, 24% towards Gallente cruiser 5, mining barge 5, AF4, Drones interfacing 5, solid shield tanking AND armor tanking skills, tactical shield manipulation 5 already trained in the event new owner wants to move to cap ships (phoenix), very respectable 4.2 mil sp in gunnery, 8.4 mil sp in missiles, and lots more lvl 5 skills.
Now, on to the collection of faction ships that come with the character, listed with each given price level, ie with reserve met, with buyout level 1 met, and with buyout level 2 met:
Starting Bid: 8.5 bil
Min. increase: 100 mil
Reserve: 10.0 bil (This includes unfitted Rattlesnake and tech 2 fitted raven)
Buyout level 1: 11.5 bil (Fully fitted rattlesnake with Gist B Type XL SB AND unfitted Caldari Navy Raven, and tech 2 fitted raven)
Buyout level 2: 13.5 bil (Fully fitted rattlesnake with Gist XL SB, unfitted CNR, and fully fitted Nightmare with faction tank(core-x repper and 3 centum and 1 corpum mods that add up to tank with 85ish resists across the board save for thermal at right around 80. Quite simply, it tanks like a beast. Also the tech 2 fitted raven is ofc included)

Thanks for the question and thank you for pointing out an oversight in the auction. The answer to your question would be YES, I am willing to sell the character without any of the faction ships.
The price without the faction ships would be 8 billion.

No, got podded once upon a time  and never replaced them so the attributes are listed without enhancement beyond trained advanced learning skills.
