I guess this goes for the rich who PvP often. But with all the uber officer/t2/top-of-the-line mods (and now rigs) you put into your ships, I suspect that there have been some losses where it actually made a dent in your wallet. So, how much did you lose to make you cringe? (Losing a titan takes the cake, but how about the more common ships+mods?)

Raven N.I. fully T2 fitted.....all in, about 1.6 Billion give or take a few million.
Still saving for a new one. Only happened last week

I lost a CovOps cloak the other day. Not a deal breaker by any means but still prob the most expensive mod i ever lost.
I did get my raven popped long ago with a Caldari Navy Control System, but it survived and i still use it today

Highest loss was a fully t2 fitted Domi - once to pirates, the other time to a POS in low sec (mis-warp ftw).
Was some 150 mil each time.
Not much, true, but just before I lost to the pirates, I removed my Centus X-Type LAR. This would have been 600 mil on top

My worst was an Occator with 6 local hulls, prototype cloak in high, containing a medium starbase and some associated starbase modules (and a wee bit of fuel). It was ~shock~ a gate camping Megathron that got me (no tackler, oddly).
As I'd recently return to playing again, I didn't realise we had web/scrambling drones in game now  . I thought there was something wrong with the software when I was suddenly unable to warp.

Lost a Cerberus with 2 Gistii SBs, Domi AB, Corpum nos, etc to warp-in lag on a mission a few weeks ago. I didn't bother with a petition, but I did move to a different agent in a quieter system. I wasn't too pleased with it obviously, but it doesn't seem like much after watching the Impoc and 'Steve' going POP.

PvP: Hoarder I'd bought 25 minutes earlier, filled with 15m worth of Zydrine I'd mined that day and 14m worth of implants I'd gotten the week before. I was two months old and didn't understand Corp Wars, got ganked at a Empire gate.
PvE: T2 fitted Raven on it's maiden voyage. Probably about 1 hour old. I was umm.. a year and a half old and didn't understand umm.. yeah.

suicide ganked in a 0.6 system with 1.5 billion worth of megacyte and zydrine in my hauler.
I was in a blockade runner and got distracted for a few seconds at just the wrong moment. When i looked back at the game it was too late to save myself.
On the bright side, the can holding all my mins went pop so the guy who suicide ganked me got nothing for it.

Bought my first faction mod EVAR. A Gist large SB. Ran me about 500m. I was celebrating finally getting to a billion isk.
Lost it a day later or so. =P

Cerb T2 fitted, Me vs 5 wartargets, lasted aprox 5 min, total engagement prox 10 min, one of the best fights i ever had
Raven T2 fitted, me vs 20 npc cruisers... strike that, me vs lag , the worst fight i ever had as i couldn't do crap 
Resized tag... again... hope this pleases the tag ninjas from ccp... again :p

Biggest loss was a faction fitted vagabond which set me back ~~500mil
At least I went down fighting :)
(and got about 100 kills with it before it died)
2 vagas later and I've moved on to flying the phoon

not the most but... a raven (130m) with 3 DG BCUs (600m), 2 beta PDS (5-10m), 4 tech 2 hardeners (20m), 1 phased target painter, a tech 2 xl shield booster (5m?), 6 arby launchers (ranges from 10-60m), a DG cloak (50m), and a tractor beam.
Meh. Poo happens.

I believe that would be my Zealot, total loss of ISK was around 140M or so. Also lost two Ravens on alt account but luck and insurance FTW so I actually lost less ISK in that so Zealot takes the first price...

most i have lost ?.... 250mil+ for 2 deimoses whitin 2 day (250 each ofc)
most expencive thing... will be lost soon :P will cost me about 500mils+ to fit it :D and its a pvp ship :)

Faction fitted vagabond with a ts disruptor, serp mwd, ts nos and gistii sb... Lagged out in a gatecamp and when my system unfroze, I was in a pod... Got it back from CCP though without my faction fittings (as they all survived the boom)...

My Tempest with the mods for about 160m, though that hardly compares to some of the posts here. Lost it to a gank of a phoon and 2 tacklers, but it was a fun fight.

For me it was a raven with a gist c-type x-large shield booster and other various t2 stuff. Between the insurance and mods, i lost around 450 mil. My client froze up with my booster on and my cap an 40% at the end of a mission. I'd cleared all the BS and was downed by 5 frigs :P By the time i got my machine restarted and logged back in, I was in a pod In PVP, my domi i guess. That only cost me around 40 mil or so though.

Lost about 1.5b cargo (skills + implants insider a cargo can) as well as a lot of guns I had filling up the industrials cargo.. Lost to a fully t2 fitted armageddon that obviously scanned me and decided it was worth getting concorded for.
The can went pop so atleast he was deprived of the most valuable items, that and someone else looted the can as he was going pop.
