I'm mining some raw mats in nullsec, after a few days, the extractor becomes more and more inefficient, just a million of raws materials, falls to 200k or ever minus in few days, the scan resources are unchanged
i delete the extractor and mount in another loc in the same planet, but the wear appears newly immediately
exist some type of wear in a extracting instalation? how to avoid this?

More likely your scans are just not that accurate from low skills (planetology and advanced planetology). AFAIK there is no wear, just resource depletion. It could also be you are sharing a planet with others who are competing for the same resources.

Resources do deplete. The moe you milk the raw materials, the smaller that 'hot spot' will get. Generally, those same raw materials will spawn make in other locations, so it helps from time to time to move your extractors around to new optimals posts. And yes, skills also help in this regard.
By moving extractors of course I mean tearing them down and rebuilding, along with all the new links/possibly moving your factories as well etc. It's awful annoying work, but to keep production at a reasonable level, it pays off in the long run.
