Hey,
Im looking for a domi tank/mining setup for 0.0 which has guristas rats..
Looking for a setup that isnt so skill heavy, maybe a T1 fitting with some T2 stuff.

6 miners II
5 cap rechargers
1 large armor rep
1 extra rep just in case (a medium or large one), but you should never need it
2x thermal hardeners (active)
2x kinetic hardeners (active)
1 cap power relay or nanofiber
Give it a try in a safe environment, make sure the tank + mining lasers can run forever; if it can't, replace the cap recharge mods with named or T2 variants. Go ahead and use T2 armor hardeners if you can, otherwise T1 should work.
If the NPCs ever start breaking your tank, release combat drones and kill the NPCs.

Are you going to mine with it, or tank for a miner?
Try this:
Highs:
6x mining laser T2
Mid:
1x sensor booster 4x Gravimetric ECM best named
Low:
LAR (TII or best named) MAR (TII or best named), 4 Hardeners (2 kinetic, 2 thermal TIIs are good, but even faction is not too expensive), cap power relay (to keep the thing running.)
If you are tanking for someone else, you might want to put 350mm rails on so that you can pull aggro. T2 hardeners cost silly amounts of isk these days. I paid 8M the other day, while I bought my shadow serps for 12M per. It's just nuts.

Hopefully mine as well as tanking for the miners. I thought it was a waste to just tank if i could mine also.

Similar to Ortu's setup.
Highs- All Miner II
Med- All Cap Recharger's
Low- Large Armor Rep(I use accomidation, but T2 if you can)5x Rat specific active hardeners (N-Type) 1x Damage control

Can that handle anything the belt throws at you? or do you still have to pick and choose your belts?
