In map now I can't right click celestials and neither on the overview. I asked around and some seem to have it and some don't. Has this been logged?
Also select item window is bugged and menu does not appear on it.
P.S. I cleared cache, didn't help

here is my post :
could you please try an experiment :
Close game and launcher
* if you are using beta launcher, create a clean empty profile
* if you are using old launcher :
-- locate your setting folder in %localappdata%\ccp\EVE\ (simply copy / paste that)
-- identify whatever folder correspond to your current game installation and rename it (simply add ".old" at the end you'll rename it back after)
*launch the game and test if your problem is there again.
it is not bugged ? : then remove these overview settings and I would suggest asking around for a better one (if there is)
(it may be a setting issue other than overview but it is the most obvious thing as it also touch the bracket and affect right clic)
it is still bugged? : then it was not a setting issue.
to get your settings back, simply delete the folder created during the test and rename the folder back to its original name
obviously using beta launcher is WAY easier[/quote]

did not help. I was using old launcher, but got new one with fresh profile I still could not right click in new map
Edit: I can right click signatures and bookmarks. Celestials and overview is a no go.

okay
then that is cleary "F12/Bug Report" material!
Just for confirmation I tried right clicking all the new maps, star or solar, opened by shortcut or icons from probe and d-scan windows
Right clic works on everything in the map and in the overview, map windowed
As soon as I go in full screen map, I lose the right clic in the overview and the map, for celestial, same as you
the radial menu is dead too, not only right-clic
I leave you the honor to do the ticket.
as a workaround you could use map in windowed mode (simply double clic on the top bar) |

Same here. "Beta" map glitches in fullscreen mode. Both system map and starmap.
The funny thing is, the "old" map glitches too. Camera controls get stuck if jumping with the map open - you get a fixed PoV until relogin. Though jumping with the "new" map leaves you stuck in a warp tunnel. Well, actually you do jump and you can navigate using the map (again, you have to use the old map, because navigating in the new one is broken), but visually and overview wise you look like stuck). Though you still get a fixed PoV even if you use the old map to press jump on a gate and then close it.
TLDR: scanning since yesterday is completely FUBAR. Neither map works properly. Even with a brand new profile and shared cache. |
