anyone playin this ? had it a week now and even with the few bugs, its an awesome game .

First, you can edit out "edited by", for the most part.

Looks nice, but fails at being a tactical shooter. More like hide and seek with guns.
Also the single player ending is a "to be continued..." screen. Lamest ending to a game ever. Yeah they're making an expansion but if I was 5 years younger I would probably have thrown the joypad at the tv.

I really loved the game, but I gotto admit.. It was mostly hide and seek with guns. You just pop up, take a few shots and duck again. I can't say it's less realistic than the shooters where you make a huge dive in slow motion, or tank 50 bullets while spraying the enemy and actually winning, but it wasn't that tactical either.
Multiplayer with friends was cool though (I played on the 360), cause you could swarm the enemy, flank em, share resources, give good backup and actually work together.

I'm a little sick of those people who call it a bad game just because it's a bit different from other Rainbow Six games. It's a good game on it's own, and so far i'm thoroughly enjoying it.
But i guess you'll always have those people who think Doom is better than Doom 3 because the first game was technically superior and had better gameplay.
