how is it posibile ?????
I've been active for about 3 weeks ...and playing on tranqulity every day
I requested CCP for activation including on this forum ... last week
it is very frustrating for me ....can you CCP help me fix this problem and finally reactivate me, please ???
To compensate this, can you let me be active on SiSi for one week after my tranquility account will be expired, please ???

I and some other people have been having the same issue. I was activated before the Solace test, then I couldn't log on to Sisi after (may not be related). I asked to be re-activated again in the correct thread and even sent a mail to Habakuk himself on TQ. Still nothing :/ I guess we just have to wait until they figure out what is wrong. |

i have the same problem, its very irritating, no one has given me an answer and i also mailed Habakuk, no answer there.
it seems like everything i do is getting ignored, and i dont expect ANYONE to care about this problem because its "just" the testserver. |

I wholeheartedly agree with the grievances brought up in this thread. Been ttrying since the rollback happened to get a reactivation witth not much coming of itt. I know its probably just "wait and see" but the least we could do is CCP giving a token response of some kind |

How is this possible? well.. if you read the sticky off this forum part you see a topic...
and if you read in there.. you see that if your account is not active, you need to post something in there and wait max 36h to be automatically activated..
and why do they need to compensate for your mistake not reading important forum sticky's?? |
