Hi guys. I'm looking for a perfect Refining/Mining character. Building is a nice bonus but not necessary.
The key things should be:
Exhumers 5
T2 Mining Crystals for AT LEAST Ark and Bist (others are bonus)
Near-perfect refines for Ark, Bist, Ice, and Scrapmetal
I have some cash to drop, folks. I am looking for at least 15-20 Million Skillpoints, no less. If the character is "just right" you can be rich. ;)
