MP has very recently stated all his major investors are very happy with the dividends they are getting and that he talks to them often (monthly?). So I suppose if you have no clue about what is going on you're not a big enough investor for him to talk to. There is indeed another thread about this... but honestly all MP said was "things are going well" and has not stated if he plans to ever pay anything else out on these. I don't recall which thread it was, but I think TINY was in the title, try eve-search.com. Personally I've considered Tiny to be a joke for a few months since I read that thread, but obviously his major investors are happy to get no dividends for 6+ months and that is their choice. I wonder why it is so sure this won't be a scam. Because you know MP? You seem to be basing everything off his words, not his deeds. Anyone can promise to pay out a dividend at some point in the future and never do it... it is a very efficient scam. But like I said, if you invest 6 bil in me I will double the returns he has given! I really doubt MP is a scammer in the usual usage of the word. But the facts show that he has performed worse than any other IPO out there besides scams. I'm putting a bit of trust in the words of people like PP, but I won't be losing any sleep over not getting dividends (heh). The only difference so far is that he admitted he was scamming, you continue to claim you will be paying out great dividends "soon". If you own no shares, I don't answer to you, and shouldn't be spending my shareholders' time answering your questions when I've already outlined multiple ways for you to acquire the information were you a shareholder. At least have the decency to buy a single share of my corporation before you attempt to grind my name into the dust based on a lack of due diligence on your part. I am extremely happy I am not as I'd have lost 2.5% of my money after 11 months of loaning it to you. You can ask me to stop posting all you want, though I will not oblige you. You've managed to underperform ISSO by a massive margin and to top it off you rip off those wanting out of your IPO. If I didn't let ISSO off the hook on their faults I really think you're dreaming if I'd accept your offer to stop posting about your IPO. To sum it up these are the issues: You have payed only 2.5% divs in 11 months. You offer a buyback of 95% of initial IPO price (not NAV) which means anyone accepting your buyback will have lost 2.5% of their investment and had their money tied up the entire time. Thus an investment in you so far has been a net loss of 2.5% after 11 months. Even a total scam (Riethe) managed to pay out better than that. You are severely lacking in credibility as you do not pay out dividends, but you keep claiming you will "soon". Your reporting is basically non-existent unless pressed heavily by a bunch of people and even then it took days and days to get anything useful out of you. You claim the answer is that you talk to everyone privately. But you aren't running a private corp, you are running an IPO (the P stands for public in case you didn't know that). You are running a public corp and thus your reporting should be public. Or perhaps you personally do not feel you're running an IPO. This is a possibility... though I would imagine a few of your shareholders would be surprised to learn it if this is the case. I will likely not continue posting heavily on this as it is ultimately your investor's choice if they are happy or not. But ultimately it affects others as well as myself because it sets a horrible precedent for future IPO's. People can just point to this and say that you got away with it, thus they can too. Running a public corp like you are doing is wrong no matter if it is a nobody running it or a well known player. And frankly it is pathetic that people like Ricdic, Hexx, and others are staying silent. They claim to want to enhance the IPO aspects of this game... yet they hold a completely different standard for people they know. Old boys club indeed.
