LMAO, actually I have a rather large balcony looking uptown towards the Met Life building. Great view and cool place to hang out and have drinks. And of course downstairs is Park Avenue, where there are a million hot and dressed up girls looking to have a good night out. Of course all this would not be possible as my roomate would hang by by toenails off the side of said belcony.
But im sure a NYC meet in in order sometime soon...
