Anyone noticed that frostline in high sec is full of tech3 pro players who steal you every drop???
i fly 2-3 sites a day ,....and i can't kill a single wave of NPCs without some tech3 ships warpin in ....

Or look in systems that are far away from Mission and Trade Hubs. Systems with no population, low amount of jumps, low amount of ship / NPC kills, etc. Check Starmap for stats on systems.

i guess, you're right ...maybe changing the name of the corp will help ,
regarding "lone systems " with few ships jumping in ....that's what i'm trying to do....
but anyway is frustrating ......
a question if i attack a dude who's stealing my cargo in 0.4 sec
i know i can do a legit attack against him , but if he's corp comes to help
are they legitimate to return fire against me as well for helping their buddy?

0.4 sec ? Thats lowsec and the gueys will shoot you no matter what.
If stealing your stuff is such a regular thing, you should think about setting up some friends (if available) at a nearby gate to kill the T3 once it has gone suspect. Might well be more profitalbe as the frostline time itself :-D

In lowsec most generally don't care whether an attack is legal or not, so if his corp came to help then it wouldn't matter if you were a legal target or not.
Keep trying for a low population system or try at a different time of day; Caldari space tends to have the busiest systems since it's closest to Jita.

I beat a Hecate with a Caracal today, Overheat and setting timing up specifically for the BC meant I got enough damage onto it before he started shooting.
So you can beat the T3's. Heck, just use a T1 destroyer with a sensor booster for lock speed. |

In low security space, CONCORD is not around to interrupt you, so you (and anyone else) can freely shoot each other (security status losses and gate guns not withstanding).
In high security space, if someone steals from your wreck, they can be freely shot by anyone as they gain a suspect flag. If you shoot them, only they may fire back on you. Anyone else can attempt to return fire, but CONCORD will arrive to dispense justice in short order. Any corporation members of the person you are attacking will suffer the fate of CONCORDOKKEN as long as you don't do something extra.

Don't waste time in HS, go run these sites in LS or even better Wormholes. There are lots of empty wormholes with 10+ Frostline sites in them. |

Before anybody thinks it's all in the hands of the suspect baiters, keep in mind that I once saw a team take out a virulent suspect baiter to the tune of a 32 Billion ISK loss and to this day I have not seen that baiter log back in.
So if somebody wants to go suspect in a T3 and yeah they got OGB and backup and all that, you need only deal enough damage long enough to kill that one T3 to make them feel like they have taken on a bad habit.
It can be done.
