Can we get an update on fixing POS labs pls?
Especially with current ME shortage atm, why is it still not possible to set POS labs for public useage? I mean all options to config them for that purpose are there, but it just don`t work.
Another problem that isn`t fixed yet. POS Lab useage within Alliance. Alliance members can use another members POS (if owner allows it via settings) for ME,PE research and copy work, even remotly. (BPO stay in corp hangar at same system, Copies will be delivered at pos then) PE and ME research work fine, but copy process is still bugged. Copies will be deployed at the pos lab, wwhich storage room as the same specs as the pos owners corp hangar. The porblem is that neither the pos owner can access the bpc`s (he sees that there is some storage used in the specific pos lab, but he cannot see anything) nor the person who issued the copy job (that person cannot access the lab storage, becaue it seems it has the same regulations as the coporate hangar array).
Only solution there is to file a petition so a gm transfers the copies, but that cannot be really a solution! (especially if you have to wait a week or more until you get some attention!).
Also it isn`t possible for alliance member to access the corporate hangar array. It would be at least very useful if you can set certain division to allow alliance member access (you can set it to alliance access, but that doesn`t work), so they can help with fueling or for ither purposes.

Could I ask if the same bug occurs if the copy job is either started remotely from a station or directly in the lab at the POS by someone (with the right roles of course) in the corp that owns the POS?

Alliance members cannot access the Lab Hangar, so they only can remotly copy with bpo in corp hangar in the same system as the pos lab.

This needs to be fixed so badly!
It is a major pain in the but, and I am sad that it hadn't been fixed with/before revelations.
It is a major inconvenience, and there is a valid business model to renting lab slots to the public, with 20d average wait time, this could be a huge isk maker for small corps in empire space.

Another wrinkle I just ran into is you can't use a alliance POS to do ME/PE on T2 bpo. The T2 BPO needs to have reports, r.DB ... to do the ME, if the supplies are in the remote station the job doesn't install, if the supplies are in the POS then it tells you that you don't have access to that hanger.
So if you are doing T2 ME/PE resurch you are stuck with he 20d wait times. for instance i put in a ME job today and the wait is 20d plus 5d for the actual ME. So the wait is 4 times the job time.

This definitely needs to be fixed. Along with allowing copying to work from an alliance corp. Currently, the job works fine, except the BPCs are not delivered properly in to the mobile lab's hanger. The are there, just not visible. A petition is the only way to get them back or to unanchor the lab.

This needs to be fixed, it is a pain int he but having to petition to make use of the resources we invested in.
I am still copying and putting in a petition for every BPC that is missing. I figure I will generate so much traffic with the GM that they will beg the developers to fix it.

If you run a pos with the lab module, and you want to do the remote lab work from a station... you can do m.e. and p.e. but you can not copy. Becasue the copy will be created in the pos module not the station. So thers no way for a public person to pick it up.
Also you have to do the m.e. and p.e. work from a corp hanger, and can not use personal hangers (it just hangs if you try, and you have to exit eve and restart).
