Hello,
I currently have a high faction standing with Amarr, but now, I would like to increase my Blood Raiders Faction Standing. Actually :
-7.63 (Standard standing) -4.81 (With Diplomacy lvl4)
I need to have a -2.0 faction standing if I would like to work with the agents. The problem is I can't work with the Sansha or the Guristas to try to increase my Blood Raider standing with the important mission.
Secondly, I'm not sure if I train the Diplomacy skill to lvl5, it's ok... So, I would like to know if someone know if there are another way to increase this faction standing in this case, or if it's definitly impossible to do anything at this point...
Thanks for answers. Sharwyn.

Try training Criminal Connections. That should give you enough standing to get back on speaking terms with those agents. (Hopefully, I am not certain how it stacks with Deplomacy.)

Sadly as per Papa Smurf's guide it doesn't. The system just picks whichever of social skills gives you the best benefit when speaking to agent at hand (so in this case Diplomacy 5 and Criminal Connections 5 would give the same effect i think... connections would come handy when speaking with criminal agents who don't dislike you, though)

dont know all i can suggest is working for the gallente or intaki or serpentis. Minmatar and thukkers might be of some use as well. Mmm killing amarr station hauler spawns or racial frigs in empire ( amarr ones) might also get those standings up u could try sansha agents in stain as well

Try making Missions for Sansha or Guristas. They both have a positive standing to the Blood Raiders, so if you do a storyline for them, you also increase the standing to the Raiders. |

I can't do Sansha and Guristas missions too, for the same reason : bad standing.
As I read, the Criminal Connection skill don't stack with the Diplomacy...
However, maybe it's possible to gain pirate standing when you kill some market ship.
Quote: Faction standing against a certain NPC corporation will rise when the character does something beneficial for the NPC Corporation. Likewise, when a character does something disruptive to the NPCs corporation interests, the faction standing will decrease. For example, if a character kills an Amarr ship, then the faction standing towards the Amarrians will worsen, but it will improve with the Minmatars who are enemies of the Amarrians.
Last thing : Is it possible to change faction standing with the market activity ? (I see a tab named "Market Activity" on the NPC Corp info, but I don't know for what that is used... anyone can explain me ?
Thanks. Sharwyn.

Standings decay at a rate of 5% per week. In theory you should go from, say worst case -10 standing to -8.05 in 2 weeks, however dont know how many months it takes to clear out to a acceptable level. -- Slot 10 Blacklight's Modified 'GMhaX' implant +8% Pwnage FREE |
