Ok so i have Roughly 5bil on the table i am willing to spend on a Mining character but must have the bare minimal below. If one skill is at 4 and in training, least 1/2 way that will work too.
 Drones 5, Light drones 5
CPU, Power and Capacitor Managements at 5
Ice Harvesting 5, Reprocessing Efficiency 5
Shield Kin/Thermal compensation 4, Shield Management/Operation/Upgrades 4
Any other skills are just a bonus, As this toon wont do anything but point, click and eat ores. |
