I need opinions on a Velator set-up 
STOP LAUGHING :P
This is for a competition vs another Velator, not for anything real
I can't make up my mind between 3 different set-ups.
2 x 125mm proto gauss rails
webber or ab
MAPC
or
2 x E5 NOS
C5 small shield booster
MAPC
or
E5 NOS
Small named neut
Tracking disruptor
MAPC
2 x Hobgoblins in all set-ups

Assuming that fits. Will be a fast fight.

T2 neutrons fits.
Be sure to pack 2x Hobgoblin II to maximize dps and isk loss.

Well assuming you fly faster than and shoot farther than your opponent...the AB and Rails setup might work.
If not, you should just go the 2 NOS route and hope to god that your drones can take down his drones.

IMO forget about guns, just fit a good MWD and a speed mod in your lows so you can keep away from him and let your drones kill.

velator = the best free frigate. nothing compares to having 2 light electron blasters and a light scout drone. all other free frigates tremble in ph34r of the awsomeness of the velator.
i said tremble.. go on.. *sigh.

Fit t2 neutrons with an MAPC and w/e speed module (AB or MWD) fits in the mids. For drones, 2 sensor damp drones! Get in quick and hope you can kill him before he locks you

Meds
1 x Scram
Lows
1 x Mag Stab
2 x Tech 2 Hobgoblins
I call it the Widowmaker
This has killed a ratting Rupture, dont under estimate the noob ship.
