From what I saw on chaos he use 1x mega beam, 1x 425, 6x siegelaunchers, em/thermal/kin harderner, L shieldbooster, shield amp, cap recharger and on the low 5 cap relays.

Close, it's more like 3x 425's,5 launchers 2 with defenders, hardners, weapon disrupter, xl shield booster, amp, and lows i couldn't say, but it's probably 5 cpr's.

1x Shield Amp
1x Thermal, EM, Kinetic hardeners
5x Cap relays
In a raven with cap recharge skill lvl 5, about 200 second recharge. Very simple if u just look at his ship in space.. or fight him :)
