This is hilarious.
In one hour, a 150 man fleet forms up from one alliance, goes in and blows up 3 small POSes, and after two hours, one player responds by bringing the Big Ship and takes out a grand total of 10% of the enemy's BS.
This one day - no, one night - of small skirmishing is hailed as "Wtf Pwn" by the people in the same alliance as the Big Ship guy, who neglected to show up to support his ship in the first place.
This game is about more than killboards....it's about time and logistics. How much money, effort, and time to reset all those POS, POS-blob the system, and fuel dozens of them now?
It's just amusing that some people can't see the forest for the trees, never mind the trees for the leaves...even when they've already experienced blasting 230 ships concurrently and still losing a system not too long ago.
The whole bit of wasted fretting about ex-V joining CA is a nice addition. Looks like someone might regret writing off what is now a 2,000-person alliance.

Heh.
And don't think I didn't notice that and learn from it while I *was in* ASCN...I'm sure your forum spies can confirm that from what I was insisting on the ASCN boards the whole time people thought they could save themselves with defensive POS-blobbing...
Anyway, if you can find a post where I hailed the Steve for blowing up 13 BoB BS and said it would win the war or anything even remotely close to that, I'd love to see it.
Otherwise, the whole "omg you were once in the same alliance where some people said something" makes you look rather silly

No one is claiming that 3 small POS is a financial hit...I guess you fail to understand what I mean by "logistics."
You will learn soon enough, though.
Meanwhile, keep counting whether you killed 5 or 10 or 15 BS one night. I'm sure it will make all the difference...
As for "I don't feel like logging on because our one toy can decimate your fleet anyway" comment, I hope then that you've trained up the skill which allows you to deploy your Titan in 5 systems at the same time. Oh, wai... -

No, no, Dianabolic, we already achieved our hat trick by "killing" Imperium; the alliance-killing doesn't count when we're in the alliance as it starts up.

You're not even involved in this fight, so why do you keep flapping your mouths? You can fight well, clearly; how about adding some tact and class to that? Don't you think you're embarassing yourself by obsessively flaming the same person over and over?

That kind of obsession tells any rational person Xirt must have gotten under your skin pretty damn well...
Imperium three weeks ago was about 600 players. Now as CA, it includes about 2,000, including former enemies. So if he's so horrible, why do so many people want to fight under him? Clearly, no one cares about your Ahab-like obsessive hatred of Xirtam.
So you might as well stop spamming the thread; you're embarassing yourselves and achieving nothing.
