I agree, this is an awesome ani. I love monochrome gifs, they feel so much better than multicolored ones, and definitely great on file size too.

Yeah but if you look at the sig of that poster-dude who uses it, he uses the _02.gif version, and that's not the one who's getting all the downloads...

Well, the simple and easy thing to do.
Change the original image to some thing like "This person is leeching my bandwidth, please contact me @ ....". Of course you could really have some fun first

The thing is I don't really mind being leeched as is, what I mind, is not knowing at all where and why it is being leeched...
It's kinda like baking hundreads of cookies, and suddently they all disappear and the only hint you have is that there are greasy finger marks everywhere... you bake more, and they still al vanish...
it means they were tasty... but who the hell ate em? Or is it just one person eating them all?
