Paul Pohl blue media poetry 99	Posted - 2015.12.26 02:03:23 - [1] - Quote the war dec system in high sec should have some relevance to high sec... and as an addendum that the security status should have some logical meaning.... with a further addendum that CONCORD should make any sense at all within the game mecahanics.... But more importantly there should be a way for the defender to end a war dec - something like capture the flag.... discuss?
