hi, it would be much appreciated for the ui scaling to go up to 200%
24" 4k monitors are getting more common and the 150% scaling just isn't enough, it strains my eyes at that level

yeah that does works but as you can imagine its not ideal, windowed mode is alot more practical for eve and the text gets blurry full screen at lower resolutions

Yeah, well using massive resolutions on comparatively tiny screens isn't ideal to start with. 4k resolution on that small of a screen is simply ridiculous, as is expecting CCP to cater to your ridiculousness.
Configure your screen to display at a lower resolution, one more in line for that size screen, and you can have your windowed mode.

here's a better idea, i just go play other games that are 4k friendly and unsub

well the upside of 4k is that you can run it as a 1080 without degredation since then they are used symetrically... Ie every pixel is 4 smaller pixels but its still crisp and ****...
I for one rock eve in 5760x1080 when i feel like it but i realise that in so doing i am NOT the core demographic... Hell steam user hardware stats say that 1080 is still something alot of users aspire too... So yeah i dont think ultrawidescreen or 4k is somethat NEEDS to be implemented... That said, it could be COOL to implement them if it doesnt cost to much dev cycles.... |
